The Yellow Card Vaccine Monitor programme was originally introduced to support enhanced vaccine safety monitoring during the COVID‑19 vaccination programme. As COVID‑19 vaccination surveillance has now returned to routine monitoring within the main Yellow Card system, the dedicated Vaccine Monitor website is no longer required.

You can view your previous reports in a read‑only format once you have created a new or verified an existing Yellow Card scheme account.

To begin, please sign in using your existing Yellow Card Vaccine Monitor credentials. This will allow you to securely verify your account.
