If you have an existing account in the Yellow Card website or app, you do not need to register again. You can sign into this site using the same email and password. Our password security has recently been updated so you may be asked to reset this.

Account and app enhancements

Patients can now sign in or register using their NHS login credentials and link to their existing Yellow Card scheme account. See our NHS login page for further information.
