Legacy COVID-19 Vaccine reports
This page hosts legacy data reports that were published during the COVID-19 pandemic. These reports reflect the data available and the reporting formats used at the time. They are retained here for transparency and historical reference.
Since the pandemic, the MHRA has implemented a new, enhanced format for data visualisations. This improved format offers greater accessibility and access to a broader range of data than was previously available. The initial phase of this development focused on COVID-19 vaccine data and has since expanded to include routine vaccination data and updated medicines iDAPs.
To view the latest reports and data visualisations, including up-to-date information on vaccines and medicines, please visit our iDAPs page.
Legacy COVID-19 reports
The COVID-19 vaccine reports contain a complete listing of all suspected adverse reactions that have been reported to the MHRA via the Yellow Card scheme for all COVID-19 vaccines. These include reports from healthcare professionals, the public, and pharmaceutical companies, and were updated in line with the summary of Yellow Card reporting at the time.
This information does not represent an overview of the potential side effects associated with the vaccines. A list of the recognised adverse effects of the COVID-19 vaccines is provided in the information for healthcare professionals and the recipient information here.
Conclusions on the safety and risks of the vaccines cannot be made on the data shown in the reports alone. Therefore, when reviewing the data within the reports it is important to do so in the context of the essential guidance at the bottom of the report to ensure that you do not misinterpret the data.
